Will a Ryzen 5 5600X bottleneck an RTX 4070 in Elden Ring?

There is no useful universal answer without a resolution, preset and frame-rate target. At 1080p and high refresh rates, the Ryzen 5 5600X can become the practical ceiling sooner. At 1440p and 4K, the RTX 4070 usually carries more rendering load.
