How to interpret the result
FPS above refresh rate can still reduce input latency, but the display cannot show more complete refreshes per second than its rated frequency. Adaptive sync changes pacing, not the basic ratio.
Calculation methodology
The tool compares FPS and hertz directly, calculates utilization of the refresh ceiling, and converts both values to frame-time budgets.
